I'll be selling my wares at next weekends Lincoln Christmas Market. Illustrations, prints and some of these pretty little cards which I'll colour in soon. This little fella is a wooden toy Christmas tree decoration :)
Here's my illustration for a review of Rob Ryan and his new exhibition 'The Stars Shine All Day Too' by Jessica Furseth for Amelia's Magazine. Doesn't it look nice!
Here he is in his studio, say hello! This illustration is for an upcoming article for Amelia's Magazine, covering Rob's new exhibition 'The Stars Shine All Day Too' at the Air Gallery. I myself will be going to this exhibition to do my own review! It will probably be amazing.
It has been too long since I last posted something! So here is a pretty illustration for the nursery wall of a family friends new born baby, Emily. Hope she likes it, although I suspect the most I'll get is her blowing me a spit bubble.
Prior to Fashion Week, Amelia's Magazine will be releasing a series of previews covering the schedule for womenswear. Also featured are designers Hannah Marshall, Holly Fulton, Fashion East: (Felicity Brown, Heikki Salonen Simone Rocha), Mary Katrantzou and Michael Van Der Ham.
Another drawing done this week, again for Amelia's Magazine (such a good way to get your work out there when you're new scene). Link to article coming up soon.
My illustrations have been published alongside an article, 'Boris Turning Back Time Through Pedal Power' for Amelia's Magazine by blogger Amelia Wells. Well worth a butchers!
A little something I did for my baby niece Grace. Not my usual style, but I wanted it to look as pretty and girly as possible to fit in with her nursery.
The accompanying illustration for previously mentioned article, depicted the scene of London as it would have been in the early 1900's. Boris has said that he wants to get cycling up to 20% of all London journeys, as it was in 1904.
A couple of illustrations here for an article this week on Boris Johnson's new cycle scheme in London. He describes himself as an elderly French onion seller, so here he is, immortalized as said frenchman.
Some new work! At last! Getting back into the swing of things again after a period of inactivity since graduation. This illo marks the start of a small series of pieces on little areas around Wales that I visited last year.
